This premier Australian production tells the story of nine city friends who, after a big night out, have awoken at a clearing in the dense Australian bush. No one knows how they got there and no one knows how to get home. As this foreign environment closes in on them, new light is shed on old conflicts and divides this close group of friends. When a member of the group goes missing they have to admit the obvious - something is out there with them, driving them to fight, feeding on their fear and trying to tear them apart. The group is forced to let go of personal desires and petty grievances to unite in pursuit of the ultimate goal – survival.
